Terms of Service — CryptoFlarex

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoFlarex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One person may only register one account. Multiple accounts from the same individual will be terminated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are processed manually by our team within 24 hours after verification of the submitted transaction proof. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours of approval. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined in our platform settings. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large transactions.

5. Investment Plans

Investment plans offer a fixed daily return on locked principal. Returns are not guaranteed in the event of platform closure or technical failure. Early withdrawal forfeits all accumulated returns and returns only the original principal. Lock periods are fixed at the time of investment.

6. Referral Programme

Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user makes their first qualifying deposit. We reserve the right to reverse referral bonuses if fraudulent activity is detected. Self-referrals and referral fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not: create multiple accounts, use bots or automated tools, attempt to manipulate the platform, engage in money laundering or fraud, share your account with others, or reverse-engineer the platform. Violation of any prohibition results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

8. Platform Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

CryptoFlarex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination for cause, funds may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, remaining eligible balance will be returned via withdrawal process.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against CryptoFlarex.
